The struggle for quality training of specialists forces the Ministry of Education to regularly introduce new reforms and changes. So at the moment the question has raised about using the VNO approach to monitor the level of training of children in primary and secondary schools.
The transition from the year 2018 to the 12-year scheme of school education suggests a slightly different approach to the distribution of loads and the specialization of age groups. So, for example, it was decided to make the last three years of study profile. And the selection of candidates for the best classes is planned for the results of testing. Considering what are the rates with respect to future students, the evaluation of their knowledge simply must be independent and objective, just like in the case of UPE.
In addition, the Ministry plans to control the level of knowledge, including primary school students. For what also tests will be conducted. True, not all schoolchildren will take part in the verification, which is currently plus or minus 400 thousand, but only a part. According to the Ministry of Education, in order to collect reliable data on existing trends in mathematics and language preparation, it will be sufficient to obtain results from testing only 6,000 children.
