X The World Games started on July 20 in Wroclaw

From 20^th to 30^th of July this year X The World Games take place in a Polish city Wroclaw. Dimensions and significance of this event can be proved by the fact that it is carried out under the patronage of the International Olympic Committee. In addition, any kind of sport intended to be included in the list of Olympic Games disciplines must be tested by The World Games.

These days The World Games involve thirty six kinds of sport, including martial arts, strength sports, artistic disciplines and even orienteering. Over four thousand participants from one hundred eleven countries arrived this time to measure strength with each other in competitions.

The Ukrainian team didn’t miss The World Games too, and it amounts to eighty people, including not only eminent masters, but also novices. This year Ukrainians will fight for winning places in twenty sports disciplines. They will also have to receive a baptism by fire in parachuting and squash.
