Education in Iceland for Indians
Indian student can get a Bachelor, Master or Doctor of Science diploma in Iceland not only in state, but private universities too. Private ones may also offer financial assistance, but in general Indian student has to pay for education.
To enter an Icelandic university it’s not enough to have a regular secondary education. That’s why Indian students from countries with an education system like in India can submit documents only after entering a local university and completing 2 years there. As for local citizens, after a basic school they go to a tertiary school and study for another 4 years there for the purposes of entering a university.

As for the language of studying, there are two of them – Icelandic and English.
